Building meaningful professional relationships starts with the people you already know. Contato makes it easy to bring your existing network into one secure, private space where you can manage connections, follow up intelligently, and grow long-term opportunities.
The Invite Contacts feature allows you to invite people using multiple secure methods, so you can choose what works best for your workflow. Whether your contacts live in Google, Microsoft, a CSV file, or you prefer sharing a direct link, Contato ensures a smooth and controlled invitation experience.
To get started, log in to your Contato dashboard and navigate to the Invite section.
If your professional contacts are stored in Google, you can invite them directly in just a few steps. From the Invite section, select Import from Google and sign in to your Google account. After granting permission, Contato will securely fetch your contacts and display them for review.
You can choose exactly who you want to invite, ensuring only relevant connections are added to your network. Before sending the invitation, you may include a personal note to make the outreach more meaningful. Once ready, send the invites and let Contato handle the rest.
If you use labels in Google Contacts, you can filter contacts by label to quickly select specific groups such as clients, partners, or collaborators.
