How to Use Tasks in Contato
The Tasks feature in Contato helps you turn conversations, meetings, and follow-ups into clear actions. By linking tasks to contacts, meetings, and files, Contato ensures nothing important slips through the cracks and every commitment is tracked in one place.

Start by opening the Contato app on your mobile device or accessing Contato on the web and signing in. From the main dashboard or the bottom navigation bar, tap Tasks to view your task list. This section gives you an overview of all active, upcoming, and completed tasks.
Open Tasks, create a new task with a title, notes, due date, and reminder, optionally assign it to a contact, attach files or link it to a meeting, save it, and manage it as needed until completion.
